Step 2
Check access and prepare your shop details
Services is in a limited preview. Begin only after Services is visible in your Drivurs account.
- If Services is not visible, wait for Drivurs to enable it before continuing.
- Prepare the legal and public shop names, phone number, support email, address, service area, and timezone.
- Prepare at least one service with a clear description, price or quote method, duration, and customer policies.
- Have your hours, people or equipment capacity, planned closures, and at least one clear business photo ready.
Wait here: Services is not visible yet
There is nothing else to complete in the app right now. Keep these details ready and check again after access is enabled.
- 3
Step 3
Apply as a Shop owner
Shop owner is the path for the person responsible for the customer-facing shop listing.
- Enter the business name, your legal name, contact email, city, country, and at least one service category.
- Add a short, accurate summary of your experience, licences, insurance, or credentials.
- Choose the business type that best describes the shop, such as Repair shop, Installer, Detailer, Performance shop, or Tuner.
- Review the information and submit the application. Add only public proof links and never include private ID numbers or customer information.
- 4
Step 4
Wait for your application decision
Shop setup stays unavailable while Drivurs reviews the application. No review timeframe is promised.
- Use the status shown in Services to decide what to do next.
- If changes are requested, update the same application and resubmit it.
- Application approval unlocks business setup. It does not publish the listing.
What status do you see?
Choose the status shown on your Services application. The guide will tell you what to do next.

Your application was received, but shop setup is not available yet.
No action is needed right now. Check Services for an update, or edit the same application only when you need to correct something.

The review note identifies what needs attention.
Open the same application, update the named fields, and resubmit it. Do not create a duplicate application.

This application cannot continue in its current form.
Correct the stated issue first. Start a new application only when your information is ready.
Next action
This review has ended
The application is no longer in the review queue.
If you decide to continue later, start a new application with current information.
- 5
Step 5
Complete the shop profile and verify the address
Use information customers can recognize and your business can stand behind.
- Add the public name, legal business name, business type, phone, support email, description, specialties, service area, and timezone.
- Verify the exact customer location so directions and local discovery are accurate.
- Choose the credential or insurance statement that accurately applies to the shop.
- Add a clear photo of the shop, team, equipment, or completed work.
- 6
Step 6
Add services customers can understand
List only the work you are ready to accept. Avoid internal shop shorthand.
- For each service, add a clear title, description, category, estimated duration, and price, range, or Quote first choice.
- Choose whether customers request an exact appointment, flexible window, drop-off window, quote, or ASAP opening.
- Set lead time, the future booking window, vehicle fit, prerequisites, and cancellation or reschedule details.
- Keep only services you can currently perform visible and active.
- 7
Step 7
Set real shop hours and capacity
Customers see requestable times only when the right people, equipment, and working hours match the service.
- Add the people, bays, lifts, crews, or general capacity that performs the work.
- Match the correct skills and capacity type to each service.
- Set weekly hours, no-overlap rules, and person- or equipment-specific hours when needed.
- Add holidays, closures, time off, and other blackouts before previewing customer times.
- 8
Step 8
Add the shop team, if needed
A solo business can skip invitations. A team needs clear access and real scheduling capacity.
- Invite mechanics or review their requests only when they will work through this business.
- Give each person only the shop access they need.
- After someone joins, add or link them in Hours & capacity. Team access alone does not make them bookable.
- If the owner works alone, confirm that the owner or general shop capacity remains active.
- 9
Step 9
Preview every advertised service
Check each service from the customer side before sending the listing for review.
- Select every visible service and confirm that the expected dates or request windows appear.
- If a service has no openings, check its duration, lead time, skills, matching capacity, hours, and blackouts.
- Repeat this check whenever services, staffing, equipment, or hours change.
- 10
Step 10
Submit the shop for listing review
This is a second review for the listing customers will see. Submission does not make it public.
- Correct every missing setup item, then choose Submit for review.
- If changes are requested, update the named areas and resubmit the same listing.
- After approval, the listing stays hidden until you accept the agreement and activate it.
What status do you see?
Choose the status shown on your business listing.

- 11
Step 11
Activate and test the customer path
Activation is the final owner-controlled step that makes a ready listing available for new requests.
- Accept the current Shop Agreement, then choose Activate when that action becomes available.
- Open the customer preview and confirm the listing, service menu, service area, and requestable times.
- Watch Services > Bookings. A request stays pending until your business accepts it.
- Customers currently pay the business directly. In-app checkout is not active during Services Preview.

Wait here: Services is not visible yet

Step 3
Apply as a Mechanic
This path creates private shop-team access. It does not create your own customer-facing business listing.
- Enter your legal name, contact email, city, country, and at least one service category.
- Add an accurate summary of your skills, experience, licences, insurance, or certifications.
- Add only public proof links. Never include private ID numbers or customer information.

Your mechanic profile stays unavailable while Drivurs reviews the application. No review timeframe is promised.
- Use the status shown in Services to decide what to do next.
- If changes are requested, update the same application and resubmit it.

This review has ended
The application is no longer in the review queue.

- 5
Step 5
Complete your private mechanic profile
This profile helps shop owners understand where you fit on their team. Customers do not book this profile directly.
- Add a shop-facing title, your skills, and preferred service areas.
- Choose the profile visibility offered in the app.
- Keep your skills accurate so the shop can match you with the right services and schedule.
- 6
Step 6
Choose how you are connecting with the shop
Make this choice only after your Mechanic application is approved.
Choose one to continue
I need to request access
- Open Request shop access and confirm that you selected the correct business.
- Add a short note for the owner if useful, then choose Request access.
- Your request remains pending until the owner accepts or declines it.
Wait here: Wait for the shop owner
Repeated requests do not make approval faster. Check Services for the owner's response.
The shop invited me
- Open pending invitations and confirm the shop name before responding.
- Review the Mechanic Agreement, then choose Accept or Decline.
- If the invitation is missing, ask the owner to confirm which Drivurs account they invited.
- 7
Step 7
Follow the current shop-access result
The next action depends on whether the owner has responded or an invitation is waiting.
What shop status do you see?
Choose the status shown in Services.
Next action
Connect with the correct shop
Your mechanic profile is not connected to a shop.
Request access to the correct shop, or ask its owner to invite your Drivurs account.
Next action
Wait for the shop owner
Your request was sent and the owner has not responded yet.
No app action is needed. Check Services for the owner's response.
Next action
Review the invitation
The shop is waiting for your decision.
Confirm the shop name, review the agreement, and choose Accept or Decline.
Next action
Your team access exists
The shop owner still needs to finish review, readiness, or activation.
Continue your team setup, then wait for the owner to make the shop live.
Next action
Confirm your role and schedule connection
You can use the shop workspace according to the role the owner assigned.
Confirm your role, skills, working hours, and assigned bookings with the owner.
Next action
You do not have shop access
The shop relationship is not active.
Contact the owner if this is unexpected, or connect with a different shop.
- 8
Step 8
Confirm the correct shop and role are active
Accepted access opens the shop workspace and only the actions allowed by your role.
- Check that the correct shop appears in Services and that your access is active.
- Ask the owner which role you have and which booking actions you are expected to handle.
- If the shop is not live yet, wait for the owner to finish its review, agreement, and activation.
- 9
Step 9
Ask the owner to link your hours and skills
Team access alone does not make you available for customer requests.
- The owner must add or link you in Hours & capacity.
- Your availability needs the correct skills, working hours, time off, and capacity type.
- Ask the owner to preview the services you perform and confirm real request times appear.
Wait here: Accepted, but no work appears
Ask the owner to check your role, Hours & capacity link, skills, working hours, and booking assignments.
- 10
Step 10
Learn where assigned bookings appear
Customers request service from the shop. The shop accepts the request, assigns the work, and manages the customer relationship.
- A customer request remains pending until the shop accepts it.
- Open the shop workspace and learn where your role shows assignments, messages, work status, and completion actions.
- Keep your availability current with the owner and report time off before it affects customer openings.
- 11
Step 11
Confirm readiness for assigned work
Your mechanic setup is complete when your profile, team access, role, and scheduling connection agree.
- The correct shop is active in your mechanic workspace.
- Your role matches the actions the owner expects you to perform.
- You are linked in Hours & capacity with the correct skills and hours.
- You know where assigned bookings appear and who accepts, reschedules, or declines customer requests.
Path complete
You are ready for assigned shop work
Keep your skills and availability current with the shop owner so customer request times stay accurate.
- The Mechanic application is approved.
- Your private mechanic profile and skills are accurate.
- The correct shop accepted your request or you accepted its invitation.
- The shop is active and your role matches the work you handle.
- The owner linked your skills, hours, and capacity to the services you perform.
- You know where assigned bookings appear and which actions your role allows.
Payment during preview
Customers currently pay the shop directly. Your private mechanic profile is not the customer payment recipient.
- 2
Step 2

Wait here: Services is not visible yet
There is nothing else to complete in the app right now. Keep these details ready and check again after access is enabled.
- 3
Step 3
Apply as a Shop owner
Independent and mobile mechanics choose Shop owner because they manage their own customer-facing listing.
- Enter the business name, your legal name, contact email, city, country, and at least one service category.
- Add a short, accurate summary of your experience, licences, insurance, or credentials.
- Choose Mobile mechanic if you travel to customers, or Independent mechanic if customers come to your own business.
- Review the information and submit the application. Add only public proof links and never include private ID numbers or customer information.
- 4
